Beegie inducted into Wall of Fame
Beegie Adair, graduate of the music program at Western Kentucky University (Bowling Green, KY) received the highest honor bestowed to a WKU alumnus. On October 27, 2002, Beegie was inducted into the Wall of Fame during homecoming festivities at WKU.
Mike Longo—producer of Beegie’s first recording (Escape To New York), fellow jazz pianist, and long-time friend—also received the honor during the WKU Homecoming Concert featuring the school’s Symphonic Band & Choir, Beegie Adair, and Mike Longo.
