Beegie added to Steinway artist roster
Steinway & Sons added Beegie Adair to the coveted Steinway Artist Roster. For over a century, the world’s most accomplished pianists have preferred to express their musical genius on Steinway & Sons pianos. In 2002, only five artists worldwide received this honor.
America’s greatest composers—including Irving Berlin, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Richard Rodgers, and others—created and performed their immortal music at the Steinway keyboard. The list also includes giants of 19th and 20th century classical and popular music, the men and women who have shaped the world’s musical heritage.
