I am so excited that you are coming to NYC! I first heard your music at Christmas time in a beautiful antique shop in Madison Georgia maybe 8 years ago. I love your music! I am a jazz vocalist so of course I love and respect a great jazz pianist! God willing I will be at St Pete’s to hear you play.

I’d love to see this as an event on Facebook, because there’s a new “Interested” button there which provides updates, and I’m afraid that I’ll forget about this possibility long before April. (Cave City is about seven hours from us and we’d have to plan a mini-vacation around it.)

On a warm spring day in 2000, I flew into the small airport on Catalina Island. The old airport is right out of the Art Deco era. I had lunch, browsed the airport shop and found an obscure Sinatra songs CD by someone named Beegie Adair. I had never heard of her, but bought it anyway, and then flew my Cessna back to Van Nuys. That was over a decade ago, and I have been hooked on her ever since. Her music goes with me everywhere, and I never tire of her elegance. Her works herald a charm and grace, that unfortunately is so rare to find these days. She is a national treasure. Listen to any of her works, I’m sure you’ll concur. Enjoy!!
